Michael Hakim Week 8 - The WORST Tasting Water

     Ever since I was a little kid, I have loved water. Even when I was only 11 years old, I was bringing 2, maybe 3 (or more!) bottles of water to school every day. There is just something so incredible about water - the fact that it has no clear taste often makes it taste the best. I have tried many, many different brands of water throughout my life, and let me tell you, nothing has ever beaten the taste of a fresh Zephyrhills bottle.

     However, not all water bottles are made equal; in fact, some are nearly inconsumable! The title of the worst water bottle EASILY goes to Dasani. It literally isn’t even close, either! Aquafina also sucks in terms of taste, but to me, it is definitely not as bad as Dasani. In fact, other water brand tastes as horrible as Dasani. Every time you open a bottle of Dasani and take even the smallest of sips, a plasticky, horrifying taste from hell curses your taste buds. I’m not even exaggerating when I say that if Dasani was the only drink left on Earth, I wouldn’t drink it! Okay, well maybe that was a lie… But still, you get the point!

     If Zephryhills is a 10 in terms of taste, Dasani is a 1. I’m serious, that is how big the difference is. If you haven’t tasted Dasani before, good, keep it that way! I’m jealous of you! I know for a fact that I’m not the only one who dislikes Dasani. Ask anyone in this class, and I guarantee nobody likes it!

    I hate Dasani and it has to do with the types of minerals the brand adds back into its water. I disagree that Zephryhills is the best brand but to each its own. I think the best brand is Fiji.

    Zephryhills is definitely the worst water brand. It has a weird taste that makes me physically unable to drink it. My favorite water is Publix purified water. It is always refreshing and never has a strong taste.

    I think Zephryhills is the best water. I also heard that brands like Dasani and Aquafina put little pieces of glass in their water, and not only does it make it taste bad, it makes you more thirsty and want to buy more water.

    I actually really despise Zephyrhills water, I think it tastes gross and thick and salty, much like the tap and bottled water in Israel. I don't think there is much wrong with Dasani or Aquafina or any purified water. In my opinion I really like Smart Water, Arrowhead, and Crystal Geyser bottled waters.

  Ariella Green Week 7: The Airport      Don’t ya hate going to the airport?       I absolutely can not stand going to the airport. As I’m sure most of you know, I am very organized and like to plan out everything. When things don’t go according to the plan, it stresses me out.       Thursday morning, I assumed I would have an easy experience flying from PBI to JFK on JetBlue airlines. Little did I know, there would be many little bumps along the way that I had to deal with while trying to catch my flight.       First, we arrive at the airport at around 10:30 for our 11:45 flight.
