Noah Bard - Week 2: Thursday, The Worst Day of the Week

 Usually when you ask someone what their least favorite day of the week is they will say Monday, but I disagree. Although Monday is the start of a new week, and you have five long days ahead until the weekend, you are also coming off a fresh two and ½ daybreak. You might be super tired in the morning because you got used to sleeping in, but at least you’ve had a relaxing few days. In my opinion, the worst day of the week is Thursday.

    Just as you exhaust yourself getting over hump-day, Wednesday, you are hit with Thursday. When you wake up in the morning on Thursday, you always question whether or not it’s actually Friday, but when you remember it’s still Thursday, your day is ruined. Throughout the day, you just imagine what Friday will be like when you get to go home and sleep with no worries. You most likely still have homework for Friday and maybe even a long-term assignment due. And although you’re much closer to the weekend than Monday, it’s like a tease. You still have to suffer through class (except Mrs.Ho). When I was thinking about my least favorite day of the week, I considered many things. For example, when do I have the most work due, or what days do F days usually fall on.

Overall, I think that Thursday is just such an awkward day in the week that it’s automatically bad. As I get older, my opinion will probably change, but Thursday is the worst day for now.

    I actually agree with you, Noah. Now that I think about it, it is the worst feeling ever to wake up on a Thursday and think its Friday, only to sadly remember that it isn't. You made good points here.

   When I hear the word gladiator, I Immediately think of the Colosseum and humans being eaten by lions. However, times have changed, and so has the term gladiator.   Ariella Green Week 7: The Airport      Don’t ya hate going to the airport?       I absolutely can not stand going to the airport. As I’m sure most of you know, I am very organized and like to plan out everything. When things don’t go according to the plan, it stresses me out.       Thursday morning, I assumed I would have an easy experience flying from PBI to JFK on JetBlue airlines.
