Noah Bard: Week 10 - Chocolate Ice Cream

    Out of every ice cream flavor in existence, chocolate and vanilla are easily the most popular. Everyone has their own opinions on which is better, but today, I will be touching on why I think chocolate easily wins this battle. This is it - the battle between the two titans of the ice cream world.

    In the taste regard, chocolate easily wins. To me, vanilla tastes way too bland, and it is way too easy to get sick of after eating too much. Chocolate ice cream is anything but this. It combines a rich, flavorful taste with an excellent aftertaste, a necessity when ranking different ice cream flavors.


    Vanilla ice cream, however, definitely goes with more things. Sometimes, chocolate ice cream gets a bit overwhelming when paired with other things, such as cookies or pie. Compared to vanilla, which is a much more versatile flavor, it doesn’t pair with other things as well. However, I think this can be easily overlooked when thinking about the overall flavor and taste of chocolate ice cream.


    Chocolate ice cream, I’ve found, is more rich than vanilla. Not only in terms of taste, but also in terms of texture. Chocolate ice cream offers smoothness to it that is unlike anything else I’ve ever tasted before in the dessert world.


    In conclusion, chocolate ice cream is my favorite flavor because it simply tastes the best. While it may not be as versatile as vanilla, the thing that makes it so enjoyable is that it truly doesn’t need anything else added to it in order for it to be enjoyable, unlike vanilla.

    I agree with you that chocolate ice cream is better than vanilla. I can never eat vanilla because it is too bland, even when I try and add topics. My go-to ice cream is always chocolate which doesn’t need any toppings for it to be enjoyable.

    I agree that chocolate is better than vanilla, but strawberry flavored ice cream is the best of all! Nothing will ever beat it.

    I do like chocolate ice cream. I am not sure if I would say its my favorite, but it depends on my mood.

    I agree with you on that chocolate ice cream is the best. I do enjoy eating vanilla ice cream though, and I make it my own by adding toppings.

    Personally, I prefer vanilla ice cream over chocolate ice cream. In complete honesty though, I'm not sure. But, my favorite ice cream is cookies and cream.

  Ariella Green Week 7: The Airport      Don’t ya hate going to the airport?       I absolutely can not stand going to the airport. As I’m sure most of you know, I am very organized and like to plan out everything. When things don’t go according to the plan, it stresses me out.       Thursday morning, I assumed I would have an easy experience flying from PBI to JFK on JetBlue airlines. Little did I know, there would be many little bumps along the way that I had to deal with while trying to catch my flight.       First, we arrive at the airport at around 10:30 for our 11:45 flight.
