Adi Chaham week 9: Uptown

    For the past two years, constructors, workers and businessmen have been in the process of building the plaza by Hillel, Uptown Boca. The past few months, they have been adding in restaurants, stores, and beauty care places. Recently, the plaza has been getting more and more busy. As a whole, Uptown has a gorgeous modern design, looking new and fresh, making it more appealing than any older plaza.

The plaza consists of modern residential apartments, along with a parking garage that is going to be built. Some other places in the plaza are Chick-Fil-A, Just Salad, Bolay, Olive U, BurgerFi, Lazy Dog, Carmela Coffee Company, Bonefish Grill and Sloans. There is also REI, a camping store, Tipsey, a nail salon, and Sports Clips, a haircut place. The places listed above are just some of the many stores and restaurants in the plaza. Uptown is still in the process of building more amazing and necessary stores and restaurants for everyone to enjoy!

I, for one, am so excited for next year, when as seniors we could go out for lunch. With all of these incredible and delicious places, I won’t have to drive more than 5 minutes to go somewhere to eat for lunch. But, since it's so close, I will probably be going more often and therefore spending a lot of money.  Personally, I am more looking forward to going to Carmela Coffee company for lunch, my favorite brunch restaurant to go to. Carmela has the best avocado toast along with gorgeous healthy salads and delicious looking desserts.

Overall, I am obsessed with the design, the stores and restaurants, and everything about Uptown Boca and am super excited for next year when I can go out to lunch and drive less than five minutes to a plaza filled with great stores and restaurants.

    I can't wait to be able to eat there next year during lunch. Uptown has all of my favorite restaurants like Chipotle and BurgerFi!

  Ariella Green Week 7: The Airport      Don’t ya hate going to the airport?       I absolutely can not stand going to the airport. As I’m sure most of you know, I am very organized and like to plan out everything. When things don’t go according to the plan, it stresses me out.       Thursday morning, I assumed I would have an easy experience flying from PBI to JFK on JetBlue airlines. Little did I know, there would be many little bumps along the way that I had to deal with while trying to catch my flight.       First, we arrive at the airport at around 10:30 for our 11:45 flight.
